Parking on the driveway is not permitted, and is reserved for residents only. Additionally, the driveway may be reserved by staff members of the nearby hospital. Please do not park on the driveway - unless you have been granted permission by the Site Administrator.
Where to Park?
Visitors should park their vehicles on the street. Sufficient parking is normally available on weekends, but spaces may be restricted on weekdays owing to a nearby hospital. Please see the opposite map of recommended parking spaces.
Care of Parking
The area is patrolled frequently by parking wardens. Vehicle owners should observe street signs, and not block any driveway, park erratic, double-park, mount pavement, or park on double-yellow lines. NOTE: Vehicles are frequently issued with a fixed penalty notice within minutes.
Visits to one.wildersclose.uk are strictly by appointment only. We reserve the right to perform security checks on all our visitors prior and during the appointment. Please contact our SWITCHBOARD (see Contact section) to discuss appointments, or any neighbourhood-related matters or concerns.

For postal deliveries or appointment visits, please press the bell button (left-side) to alert local residents. If no answer, press the intercom button (right-side) to contact the Site Administrator. Optionally, you can leave a voice message using the Message Service below.
one.wildersclose.uk adheres to modern building regulations with 'smart management' of smoke/CO2 alarms, emergency evacuation controls, air quality management, ventilation and extraction systems, heat and cooling appliances, fire blankets and extinguishers, medical kits, signed emergency exits and markers, safety lighting, power backup generators, UPS and batteries, intrusion detection and prevention systems, etc.

Safety & Security
For safety, one.wildersclose.uk operates 24/7 CCTV recorded surveillance and multiple 'smart' security alarm systems remotely managed by third-parties to monitor, detect and auto-respond to site visits, occupancy emergencies, suspicious or aggressive behaviour, forced intrusion, serious climatic changes, and is equipped with fire retardant systems approved to BSI and ISO standards. All security systems are subscribed to real-time monitoring and response services from third parties, fire, ambulance and police services.
one.wildersclose.uk is unable to facilitate storage of high-value items such as expensive electrical items, watches, jewellery, etc. The property's insurance policy is underwritten for 'clerical-use only' therefore is unable to cover high value items or offer safe-storage at the property. Guests are encouraged to refrain from bringing or storing any high-value items at the property. Permanent residents must deposit all high-value items in a bank or off-site safe.
